VaporBoss.com policy states that we are not able to make any changes to the orders, unless the order has not yet reached the process of shipping out.

What is the warranty on my Vape Products?
We do offer warranty upon checkout. This option is totally up to you, and the options are listed below:
•Break, Wear and Tear warranty - we offer up to 90 days warranty if you break any of our products you buy as far as hardware goes. This is only if you choose this option upon Checkout
•Defective Warranty - Which covers up to 6 months of anything with the product malfunctioning , or not working properly internally.
