In my experience with e-liquids, opinions often vary when using Killer Kustard E-Liquid with a pod device. Typically speaking, custards are not designed to perform well with low-wattage devices; however, I was curious to see how it would perform with MTL & restricted users.

On a pod system, the vanilla flavour will be very much in the forefront. The custard body does exist, but again, it seems to be thinner and lighter than I normally would have thought. While you probably don't get the same depth & density of mouthfeel that you are used to with Killer Kustard E-Liquid, what you do get is a very clean, smooth vanilla custard profile that is never overwhelming.
If you tend to be sensitive to sweet dessert vapes, using this configuration will work very well for you since it has a much more subdued dessert flavour feel to it, making it a good choice for an all-day vape.
