A prominent industry leader claims that in order to aid in the transition to a smoke-free future, we must keep funding innovative innovations.
During a significant industry event in the Middle East, FEELM, a division of top atomization technology company SMOORE, unveiled two revolutionary breakthroughs designed to "raise product performance" throughout the disposable vape sector.
The company's FEELM Max ceramic coil and TOPOWER battery technology, which were showcased at the World Vape Show in Dubai this year, were developed as a focused attempt to "level up the single-use sector" and improve user experience.
The industry took note of the innovative developments, which are already found in products from well-known international names. According to FEELM, each was created to deal with a "pain point" in the sector.
FEELM creates two innovations that lead the disposable industry.
The TPD Directive Act stipulates that vapes in the UK must have a capacity of 2 milliliters. As a conscientious company that always complies with legal requirements, FEELM introduces a novel technology that allows its 2 ml disposables to exhibit better product performance.
FEELM By doing away with super-absorbent cotton, Max's ceramic coil has increased the puff count of TRPR and TPD compliant 2ml disposables in the UK by up to 30%, from 600 to at least 800 puffs, while also reducing the quantity of e-liquid that is wasted. With compatible goods, customers can have an unparalleled vaping experience because of this innovation.
Additionally, it uses a "constant power engine" that yields air particles that are 55% smaller than those found in mainstream solutions, lowers contaminants by 78% during the heating process, and improves taste consistency by 35% while providing a vapour consistency of 95%.
The TOPOWER battery technology from FEELM is the second noteworthy invention. With this innovation, users may avoid the inconvenience of charging their huge e-liquid capacity vapes because they can now last up to 6,000 puffs before needing to be recharged.
Furthermore, according to FEELM, the compact power solution, which has 30% greater capacity, produces a steady output that will combat the widespread problem of flavor decrease brought on by voltage drop.
With 1% power attenuation over six months and 3% power attenuation over a year, TOPOWER also claims a longer shelf life. This innovation successfully prevents burn taste and ensures a robust flavor consistency, so every puff users take will be enjoyable.
Assistant President at FEELM Rex Zhang discussed the developments, saying, "We pride ourselves on being the brand behind the brands and believe our technology has become what Intel Core processors are to laptops—that is, what vaping is to us. Through innovation, we hope to take the throwaway category to whole new heights; two notable achievements in this regard are our ceramic coils and TOPOWER battery solution.
Rex went on to say that going forward, technology will be a "critical metric" used to determine who will succeed and fail in the sector. "The vape category is built on innovation, but it is fuelled by the desire to help adult smokers switch from cigarettes," he stated.
The Commercialization Of FEELM Max And The Appreciation Of European Consumers
At the World Vape Show Dubai expo, FEELM Max received great reviews and helped consumers increase their company success. Some of the top brands made comments about the latest advancements.
Sales of HEXA have been rising steadily since the FEELM Max solution was introduced in 2022, and HEXA GO has taken the lead in the Belgian disposable market. Customers typically comment favorably on the "strong consistency," "smooth taste," and "higher puff counts" of their products.
Regarding the FEELM Max ceramic coil, Mattia Sparacino, CEO and founder of KIWI Vapor, stated: "It's an amazing technology and I hope it will be accessible to all people one day."
In response to a question about the need for development in the vape space, John Dunne of the UK Vaping Industry Association stated: "Since the first devices were introduced to the market, our industry has advanced significantly and given adult smokers a safer substitute for cigarettes.
"We need to keep leveraging our community's inventiveness and investing in cutting-edge technologies that will aid in the transition to a smoke-free future."
