YES, we are still delivering. Due to the PACT ACT we are restructuring how your packages are arriving. Delivery times will get faster but for now there is a 5-10 day minimum.
In most cases tracking will be updated once delivered.
Because of the PACT ACT we will no longer be using USPS, Fedex, or UPS.
We will no longer be able to ship to PO Boxes. Please be sure to add your gate code or unit/apt number if you have one to make it easier for the driver to deliver your package.
We give you guarantee that your order will be shipped in accordance with, as told above, but VaporBoss cannot control the courier service once the order has been shipped.
Please make sure you are fully aware of your country’s laws regarding the vapes, e-liquids & e-cigarettes importation before making any purchase. Although we do ship to almost every country in the world, VaporBoss will not be held responsible for the orders seized by customs or any other law enforcement. VaporBoss is unaware of the current laws as well as the regulations outside of the United States. The buyer will assume all risk associated with their international purchase themselves.
Any Orders/ Packages that get returned due to insufficient address , or if the delivery company can’t get to the address for any apparent reason and order gets sent back we do not refund. The customer must repay for the package to be reshipped at their own expense.
