The pic on the site has both a Puff Flow Cool Mint that has a very smooth flow, doesn’t make me cough, and doesn’t have the sound of the heater come on. It also has a nice softer rubbery surface. What arrived were "Zush Flow" Cool Mint instead. Like I said, they work OK, and I’m using it, but it’s not the same experience.
